- Work closely with oral health therapists, nurses, and reception staff.

Dental Assistant / Reception
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures while maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient treatment environment.
- Prepare and sterilise dental instruments in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and process payments and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day practice operations.
- Support patients by explaining procedures, post-treatment care, and appointment scheduling.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar dental practice role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of dental software and appointment management systems is an advantage.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and infection control.
- Willingness to work flexible weekdays and/or weekends as required.
